On-Site: 4 hours of admin training at your premises – we will discuss your training needs with you and can tailor the course to suit each participant. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions and gain hands-on experience.
Online: 2 hours of admin training over the web – we will discuss your training needs with you and can tailor the course. You’ll have plenty of time to ask questions along the way.

I invited Joel Westley from CareMonkey into the school to run some on-site training for staff. It was a mixed team of people from Administration, Teaching and Support Staff each with varying experience of using CareMonkey. Each member of the group reported learning something new and since the training, some members of the group are now training others as they are feeling more confident using this product and experimenting with new features. Joel demonstrated a range of time-saving features that are now being utilised in the College.
